Cardinal Health Catches the Attention of Busy Pharmacists Thanks to Grabiner/Hall
When Cardinal Health, America’s number one radiopharmacy services provider, was looking to increase awareness and sales, they turned to Grabiner/Hall. The design and PR agency previously developed a total marketing solution for the Nuclear Pharmacy Services business of Cardinal Health. The complete program included a comprehensive sales kit, a customized five-piece mailer highlighting their Rapid Response Service targeted to Directors of Pharmacy and Pharmacists across the nation, a customer feedback program, and more. With the total marketing solution, Cardinal Health gained visibility and ultimately sales dollars, which more than paid off their investment in the project.
For 2005, Cardinal Health looks to Grabiner/Hall for a new series of mailers. “We selected Grabiner/Hall as they were the key ingredient to the success of the previous project we worked on together,” said Colleen Glynn, Director of Marketing for Cardinal Health. “Their professionalism, timely turnaround, creative work and dependability on that project were impeccable so it was a natural choice to use them again.”
Grabiner/Hall was instrumental in reaching and gaining visibility within a group that is usually short staffed and very busy in a critical function. Cardinal Health needed something quick and creative to catch their eye and make them respond to action.
“We received an average of 2.1 percent response, which is almost unheard of in this industry. Many of those responders also gave us a vote of confidence with an order,” added Glynn. “Earning the trust of technologists, physicians, materials managers and administrators at more than 7,000 hospitals, outpatient clinics and physicians’ offices nationwide is a huge task. We were so impressed with the last project, we just signed a new letter of agreement with Grabiner/Hall for a new series of mailers foyour05.”
